SUPERCHARGER VEHICLE SPECIFIC KIT SUPERCHARGER Series (SUBARU)

 Description

The HKS GT SUPERCHARGER, Vehicle Specific Kit includes supercharger, brackets, piping, intercooler, traction oil and etc. the parts needed for each specific vehicle. There are two types of the kit.

 

PRO KIT

HKS GT SUPERCHARGER Pro Kit has all the parts you need for installation except computer-control device. (Maintenance parts like, oil, plug and etc. are not included) It needs a separate engine control device and need to set the fuel and ignition timing. We have special fueling parts and controlling device for the Pro Kit which let you set up easily. HKS GT SUPERCHARGER Pro Kit has a "SETUP KIT" for CR-Z. It's a set of Supercharger and brackets. It needs other parts like supercharger pulley, suction and chamber and also it needs to make separate piping.

PULLEY UPGRADE KIT

This kit improves the engine output better than the base kit when using with E85.

Features
Additional installation of a small diameter pulley to Supercharger Kit Ver.3, which is best match with 91 octane gasoline, upgrades the fuel parts with E85 and leads to +90% more power compared to the stock.
HKS S/C RON91: RON91 gasoline spec. 255HP (+80HP of the stock)
HKS S/C E85: E85 fuel +PULLEY UPGRADE KIT + Fuel Pump + Injector. 320HP (+150HP of the stock)
※Pulley Upgrade Kit, fuel pump, and injector are available separately.
This kit is designed exclusively as the optional part for 12001-KT003/KT004. If E85 or racing fuel is not used, the output may be lowered than the one with the standard pulley size.

Upgrading Supercharger Kit Ver.2 to ver.3, which is best match with 91 octane gasoline, enables the engine to increase the output.
With RON91: 255HP (+80HP of the stock)
With E85+PULLEY UPGRADE KIT + Fuel Pump + Injector: 320HP (+150HP of the stock)
The following parts have been redesigned:
Suction Pipe: The diameter of the joint to the compressor is enlarged.
Pulley: The pulley diameter is enlarged for better matching with RON91 gasoline.

S/C Bracket: The S/C layout is slightly modified to use the large diameter pulley.

Matching with the 91 octane gasoline is optimized. The kit layout and supercharger setting are improved from the existing kit.
The engine output shows a 50% increase from the stock.
PULLEY UPGRADE KIT and E85 fuel + upgraded fuel part enable the engine to output 90% more compared to the stock.

About 

Led by Hiroyuki Hasegawa, a former engineer for Yamaha Motor Company, and his partner Mr.Kitagawa, the two secured a capital infusion from Sigma Automotive Co., Ltd. (hence the name “HKS ”), and began tuning gasoline powered engines in a dairy-farming shed at the foot of Mount Fuji in Japan.
A year later, Mr. Hasegawa designed and built the first aftermarket turbocharger for passenger cars and has never looked back.
